We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Products that have been opened, used, or altered will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.


2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened, used, or seal is broken
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal skin reactions or allergies
  • Minor differences in packaging or design from brand images
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

Note: Skincare results may vary from person to person. We are not responsible for individual skin compatibility issues.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof
  • Ensure the product remains in its original packaging

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet, subject to verification.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us
  • In other approved cases, shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not deal in replicas, fake items, or used products. Any claim regarding authenticity must be supported with valid and verifiable evidence.
